Returns & refunds
You can return most shop items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, email everyhourdeal@gmail.com with your order email and the item. We'll reply with the return address.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we cover return shipping or send a replacement — just send a photo.
- For other returns, return shipping is paid by the customer.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Purchases made on other retailers' sites through our deal links follow those retailers' return policies.
